Taking clowning seriouslyCLown school

For new members Colorado Clown Alley offers a 10 week clown school every year.

Classes start in early January and have historically been held on Sundays afternoons.  Exact dates and times for the 2026 class will be announced when we get closer. Classes will be held at Englewood First Presbyterian, 3500 S. Logan St. Englewood CO. 

Cost for the class is around $200. This is an estimate for you to gage interest,  the exact cost will be announced when we get closer. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of registration. This $50 will be applied toward the total cost.

Students learn makeup, costuming, character development, skit
performance, balloon twisting, face painting, magic, performing at birthday parties, parades, walk around entertaining, and Caring Clowns in hospitals and nursing homes nursing homes.

Week 10 is graduation. Students come in makeup and costume to perform skits for the alley and invited family and friends.

Students must graduate before they can participate in alley functions. The first opportunity is usually the Denver St. Patrick's day parade.
